30-day returns

We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. You must notify us that you wish to return an item within 30 calendar days after receiving it.

For returns under this voluntary policy, items must be unused, with their original tags, accessories and packaging. Please provide your order number or another valid proof of purchase.

These conditions do not restrict any statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

How to return an item

Contact us at [VERIFIED CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order details. We will provide return instructions. Please send the item back within 14 calendar days after notifying us, unless a longer period applies by law or we agree otherwise.

Please contact us before shipping so we can help you use the correct return address. Exercising a statutory right of withdrawal does not require our approval.

Package the goods securely and retain proof of shipment. Tracking is recommended.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs, unless we have agreed to cover them or applicable law requires otherwise. International return shipping may cost more than domestic shipping.

If we supply a return label for a change-of-mind return, any charge will be disclosed and agreed with you beforehand.

For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, we will arrange or cover the reasonable return costs required by applicable law. Contact us so we can coordinate the return.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your item arrives damaged, is defective, is not as described or is the wrong item. We may request photographs or other reasonable information to assess the issue.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

The 30-day voluntary return period does not limit statutory guarantees. Original packaging is not required to make a valid statutory claim for a faulty product.

Exceptions

Where relevant to products we sell, our voluntary change-of-mind policy excludes:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• Sealed goods genuinely unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.

These exclusions apply to statutory cancellation rights only where permitted by applicable law. They do not remove rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Discounted products are subject to the same return conditions as full-price products.

European Union and United Kingdom cancellation rights

Where EU or UK distance-selling rules apply, you generally have the right to cancel an eligible online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after delivery. For goods delivered separately under one order, the period generally begins after delivery of the last item.

Notify us through a clear statement, by email or post. You may use the optional cancellation form below, but it is not compulsory.

You then have another 14 calendar days to send the goods back.

You may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where legally permitted, you may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection. Merely opening ordinary packaging does not automatically remove your cancellation right.

Refunds

For eligible returns under our voluntary policy, we will issue the refund within 10 business days after receiving and checking the goods. Any shorter statutory deadline takes priority.

For statutory EU withdrawal, we will reimburse you without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after being informed of your decision. Unless we offer to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

For statutory UK cancellation, we will refund you within the applicable legal deadline, generally within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return.

For cancellation of an entire order under applicable EU or UK rules, the refund includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery service need not be refunded.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional cost. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns outside statutory cancellation rights, original delivery charges are not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

Contact us if you would like an exchange. For voluntary exchanges, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order. This does not affect any statutory right to a replacement.

International consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. If such rights provide greater protection, they take priority over this policy.

For Australian consumers where the Australian Consumer Law applies, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
